چکیده
We introduce a laser-based process relying on multiphoton-induced polymerization to produce complex three-dimensional (3D) glass parts. A focused, intense laser beam is used polymerize transparent resin, loaded with additives and silica nanoparticles, at the wavelength of through nonlinear absorption processes. The object created directly in volume, overcoming limitation layer-by-layer process. enables production parts consecutive debinding sintering With bulk density resolution that depends spot size, 3D objects centimetric dimensions are obtained.

Redox multiphoton polymerization for 3D nanofabrication.
We report for the first time on the redox multiphoton polymerization of an organic-inorganic composite material, in which one of the components, a vanadium metallo-organic complex, initiates the polymerization. The composite employs multiphoton absorption to self-generate radicals by photoinduced reduction of the metal species from vanadium (V) to vanadium (IV). We exploit this material for the...

Styrene-acrylate copolymer was synthesized in presence of carbon black through heterogeneous polymerization. The percentage of monomer conversion was measured by gravimetric method, also PSA, SEM, DSC and GPC were used for studying the particle size and particle size distribution, morphology, thermal properties and molecular weight, respectively. As well as color properties were characterized b...
متن کامل3D Printing Process Pipeline on the Internet
We develop a small and lightweight cloud based service for the utilization of 3D printer resources within an academic context. This service consists of user, artefact and printer management and utilizes existing business process management systems (BPMS) where possible and extends their functionality. It enables scheduling of printing jobs for artefacts and high utilization of 3D printer resour...
متن کاملPorous Ceramic Filters through 3d Printing
This paper describes current and on-going work in adapting Z-Corp 3D printers to operate with low-cost ceramic materials. The components produced with these clay-based ceramic powders can be fired to produce strong, complex and lightweight ceramic parts. The final material properties, including the porosity of the parts, can be controlled through the part design and, potentially, through additi...
